All sales are final! 

In the occasion of a product defect caused or made by us the product may be exchanged or replaced. 

 

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

Here at ANX Cosmetix we highly encourage all of our customers to inspect your packages once they are received.

Please do not open or tamper with your package in any way if for some reason you are unsatisfied. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY OPENED, DAMAGED, or USED PRODUCTS.

 

If, in the event that mistake was made by us ANX Cosmetix will cover shipping cost to have the issue resolved.

However, any other order mistakes made by the customer will be responsibility of the customer.

 

Our packages are shipping via USPS or FED EX . Standard shipping will be 2-3 business days. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing.

ANX Cosmeticx will not be held responsible for any late shipments do to weekends, holidays, weather or natural disasters. Please ensure the shipping address listed on your order is correct. ANX COSMETIX WILL NOT COVER LOST PACKAGES.
